i used the no_gtav launcher and when i do it boots up the loading screen but then i get an "in-game pop-up" stating i was signed out of the social club and im only given the option to quit game, if i dont quit im stuck on an infinite load screen, any advice?
If you guys want the working non-virus version under the Download button you should see "1.0" click the arrow pointing down onto the server which is on the top right of where this button is and it will download the version before the guy wanted to spread his little trojan around
Not sure if anyone here is aware but your game will crash without an error after taking cover then entering any vehicle This is because the NoGTAVLauncher bypasses and hack patches GTA5.exe to bypass rockstar social club. What happens is that the game thinks the game is being ran on a pirated key and therefore an anti-piracy feature is enabled developed by Rockstar Games to punish pirates, the game will shutdown immediately without an error following taking cover and then pressing F to enter a vehicle.

@fsix If I were you currently I would rename my mods folder like modsv or something similar. Also backup all your Enb and or scripts during the mean time because something is going on to where we cannot play downgraded versions of the game or "social club failed to initialize" pops up, and when you verify files you cant use any scripts because it wont let you use the newest script hook v because it goes to load the game and just alt f4's it (Kinda Weird). You also can't use the previous one which says something along the lines of "fatal game version, would you like to download latest script hook v".

I have exactly the same issue!!! I see the speed moving but the size of the installation gets stuck around 1GB, if I try to re-download it starts from beginning 100mb-300mb. the old social club launcher for GTA V used to have some problems starting or towards the end of the download where some stopping and resuming often fixed it for me but i think this is just some rockstar launcher or rockstar download server issue but maybe someone can find something in your log

It appears that if you have already installed GTA V via Steam, you still needto download a full copy of the game files via Epic Games. We will usethe MKLINK command on Windows, which is not well-known, to create a link tothe existing game files. The link works as if the linked files and folders areexactly there, but it occupies very little space.

Tested exe version on social club ver. 2372/1.57 story mode and it is working. I did not test online.Remark: the console window does not close automatically and it is consuming one CPU core @100%. You need close the console window manually after game menu loaded, it is not necessary keep it running and you free up CPU core. Tested also with sandboxie and the file seems to be clear, it does not create extra files on disk and is working also with LAN connection off. It is false positive in defender and other antivirus useless stupid programs.Great job.
