To identify which bosses reward Spirit bonuses, hover over the World Map icons for bosses marked with a "+" sign. These indicators signify that defeating the boss will reward a consumable Spirit bonus. Defeating bosses for Spirit upgrades is the most reliable method for increasing your Max Spirit early in the game. Ensure you tackle all the marked bosses as you progress through Acts to keep your Spirit pool competitive with your build's needs.
Certain gear in cheap POE 2 Exalted Orbs provides bonuses to Max Spirit, with Sceptres being a standout option. Wielding a Sceptre grants a significant 100 Spirit bonus, making it an invaluable choice for builds reliant on permanent minion summons or self-buffs. Additionally, some other gear pieces come with Spirit-enhancing modifiers, indicated by a "+x Spirit" stat. However, these modifiers are relatively rare compared to the Sceptre bonus.
